Rose and Trust have been developing an online service to replicate the home visit Will writing service already offered in Bristol.
Each client will still have one-to-one guidance from an expert Will writer, however all aspects can be dealt with by email and telephone conversation.
Within our standard Single Will you would be able to include the following:
Who is to benefit from your estate
Nomination of executors (i.e. person(s) who will deal with your estate)
Provisions for children (including guardian clauses)
Specific gifts either monetary or individual items
Excluding a person(s) from your Will
Funeral and organ donation wishes
Trusts (to protect property from care fees, divorce, Inheritance tax etc - an additional fee may be applicable)
Our fixed fee for a Single Will is £90 inc, with free reviews and amendments in the future.
